• COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Matt Young Photography, LLC.
• CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for print and digital use and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions including any manipulation of the print. No 3rd Party Usage or transfer of rights without the express written consent of Matt Young Photography. LLC.
• PAYMENT: All sales are final. No refunds. If paying by check, make payable to Matt Young Photography, LLC.
• RESCHEDULING: Any rescheduling will result in client paying full session rates with the promotional session fee transferrable to the new session.
• CANCELLATION/NO SHOWS: Client forfeits promotional session spot. Paid session fees will not be refunded but are transferable to a new session.
• LOSS/CORRUPTION OF FILES: Any loss or corruption to files, Client will be awarded the opportunity to rebook their photoshoot at no additional cost. If the Client does not wish to reshoot, Client will be awarded the 2nd installment of their total balance.
